Section 7F. The board of officers shall, immediately upon giving notice in accordance with section seven C or upon depositing a check in accordance with sections seven D or seven E, send a copy of such notice or of notice of such deposit, as the case may be, to the collector of taxes of the city or town in which the land to which such notice or petition pertains is located.
