Section 7E. If any check issued in accordance with section seven B remains unclaimed by any person entitled thereto for a period of sixty days after notice in accordance with section seven C, such check shall be withdrawn and a new check issued in like amount. Such new check shall be made payable to the treasurer and shall be deposited, held and disposed of in accordance with section seven D.
