History: 2011 a. 43.

NOTE: The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin in Baldus v. Members of the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board, Case No. 11-CV-562, held that Assembly Districts 8 and 9, as drawn in 2011 Wis. Act 43, violated Section 2 of the federal Voting Rights Act and must be redrawn. Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties to the case, the following written depiction of the court-ordered map of Assembly District 9 was incorporated into the court's order in the case.
