§31-15-20. Authority of the Board of Investments

The Board of Investments shall, under the provisions of this article, invest moneys, securities and other assets of the special account for the common investment of state funds designated as the state account within the special investment fund designated as the consolidated fund established under the provisions of subsection (b), section eight, article six, chapter twelve of this code as a revolving loan fund with the authority, to enable the authority to make loans approved by the authority and to be funded from such consolidated fund in an amount which shall not at anytime exceed $150 million in the aggregate principal amount outstanding. With respect to loans funded under this article through the consolidated fund of the state, such loans shall be made in the name of the consolidated fund by the authority.
