RCW 77.65.240 Surcharge on Dungeness crab-coastal fishery license.
A surcharge of one hundred twenty dollars shall be collected with each Dungeness crab-coastal fishery license issued under RCW 77.65.220. Moneys collected under this section shall be placed in the coastal crab account created under RCW 77.70.320.
