RCW 72.09.381 Rule making—Chapter 214, Laws of 1999—Secretary of corrections—Director of health care authority. (Effective until January 1, 2020.)

The secretary of the department of corrections and the director of the health care authority shall, in consultation with the behavioral health organizations and provider representatives, each adopt rules as necessary to implement chapter 214, Laws of 1999.

Rule making—Chapter 214, Laws of 1999—Secretary of corrections—Director of health care authority. (Effective January 1, 2020.)

The secretary of the department of corrections and the director of the health care authority shall, in consultation with the behavioral health administrative services organizations, managed care organizations contracted with the health care authority, and provider representatives, each adopt rules as necessary to implement chapter 214, Laws of 1999.
