RCW 71.24.540 Drug courts. (Effective until January 1, 2020.)

The authority shall contract with counties operating drug courts and counties in the process of implementing new drug courts for the provision of substance use disorder treatment services.

The authority shall contract with behavioral health administrative services organizations, managed care organizations, or counties, as applicable, for the provision of substance use disorder treatment services ordered by a county-operated drug court.
