RCW 46.79.110 Chapter not to prohibit individual towing of vehicles to wreckers or processors, registered tow truck operators from transporting abandoned recreational vehicles.
Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit: Any individual not engaged in business as a hulk hauler or scrap processor from towing any vehicle owned by him or her to any vehicle wrecker or scrap processor, or a registered tow truck operator from transporting an abandoned recreational vehicle under RCW 46.53.010 in compliance with this chapter.
