RCW 41.06.101 Office of the chief information officer—Certain personnel exempted from chapter.
In addition to the exemptions under RCW 41.06.070, the provisions of this chapter do not apply in the office of the chief information officer to the chief information officer, the chief information officer's confidential secretary, assistant directors, and any other exempt staff members provided for in *RCW 43.41A.015.
