RCW 24.03.920 Repealer—Exception.
The following acts or parts of acts, except insofar as may be applicable to the rights, powers and duties of persons and corporations not subject to the provisions of this chapter, are hereby repealed:

(17) Section 1, page 86, Laws of 1886;
(18) Sections 2450 through 2454, Code of 1881;
