§ 9-35.3. Collection of fines
Violators who do not request a hearing as provided in this chapter within seven days are deemed to have waived such hearing and are obligated to pay to the City Treasurer all fines and penalties as established by ordinance in the City of Rutland for the charged parking related violation. The City Treasurer is authorized to utilize all legal means at the City's disposal to collect such fines due and may treat same as any general bill owned to the City of Rutland.
