§ 414-103. Composition
The District is composed of and includes all of the lands and residents within the municipalities in the State of Vermont that vote to approve this charter at the time of its creation and other municipalities that are subsequently admitted to or withdraw from the District as provided in subchapter 6 of this charter. The municipalities composing the District shall constitute its members and are designated as "member municipalities." (Added 2019, No. M-2, § 2, eff. April 19, 2019.)
