§ 6606b. Permits issued by the Secretary related to hazardous waste facilities
The Secretary shall coordinate and administer the programs under the jurisdiction of the Agency of Natural Resources so that, to the extent possible, there is concurrent review, concurrent public participation, and concurrent permit issuances for hazardous waste management facilities. The Secretary shall assign a permit manager to handle all applications related to a particular waste management facility. (Added 1989, No. 282 (Adj. Sess.), § 14, eff.
