(1) There is created in the General Fund a restricted account known as the "Amusement Ride Safety Restricted Account."
(2) (a) The account is funded from: (i) fees collected by the committee under this chapter; (ii) money appropriated by the Legislature; and (iii) interest earned on money in the account. (b) Appropriations made from the account are nonlapsing.
