(1) (a) Subsection 19-1-108(3)(a) is repealed on June 30, 2019. (b) When repealing Subsection 19-1-108(3)(a), the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel shall, in addition to its authority under Subsection 36-12-12(3), make necessary changes to subsection numbering and cross references.
