(1) Except as provided in Subsection (2), (3), or (4), a cannabis production establishment may not advertise to the general public in any medium.

(2) A cannabis production establishment may advertise an employment opportunity at the cannabis production establishment.

(3) A cannabis production establishment may maintain a website that: (a) contains information about the establishment and employees; and (b) does not advertise any medical cannabis, cannabis products, or medical cannabis devices.

(4) Notwithstanding any municipal or county ordinance prohibiting signage, a cannabis production establishment may use signage on the outside of the cannabis production establishment that: (a) includes only: (i) the cannabis production establishment's name and hours of operation; and (ii) a green cross; (b) does not exceed four feet by five feet in size; and (c) complies with local ordinances regulating signage.
