(1) list each candidate who qualifies to be placed on the election ballot for that race;
(2) opposite each candidate's name, include a place where a voter can indicate the voter's vote in order of preference for each candidate, as described in Title 20A, Chapter 4, Part 6, Municipal Alternate Voting Methods Pilot Project; and
(3) provide the ability for a voter to enter a write-in candidate's name and indicate the voter's ordered preference for the write-in candidate.
