(1) "Board" means the Utah Fire Prevention Board created in Section 53-7-203.
(2) "Division" means the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing created in Section 58-1-103, except as provided in: (a)Part 4, State Fire Code Administration Act; and (b)Chapter 5, State Fire Code Act.

(3) "State Construction Code" means the State Construction Code adopted by: (a)Chapter 2, Adoption of State Construction Code; (b)Chapter 3, Statewide Amendments Incorporated as Part of State Construction Code; and (c)Chapter 4, Local Amendments Incorporated as Part of State Construction Code.
