(a) The department of education shall survey this title and other relevant acts of the general assembly to compile a list of all laws that are related to the rights of students and their parents or legal guardians. The department shall update the list annually within sixty (60) days after the adjournment of the general assembly.
(b) The list shall be posted on the web site of the department. Each LEA shall prominently display a link to the list on its web site.
