16-19-50. Accused attorney to be given opportunity to state position. Except in matters dismissed in accordance with paragraph 16-19-44(A)(1), no disposition shall be undertaken by the board or recommendation made by the attorney general until the attorney shall have been afforded a reasonable opportunity to state the attorney's position with respect to the allegations.
