(A) In Orangeburg County there are the following voting precincts:

(B) The precinct lines defining the precincts in subsection (A) are as shown on official maps on file with the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office and as shown on copies provided to the State Election Commission and the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Orangeburg County by the office and designated as P-75-05.

(C) The polling places for the precincts provided in this section must be determined by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Orangeburg County subject to the approval of a majority of the Orangeburg County Legislative Delegation.

Code Commissioner's Note

Pursuant to the directive to the Code Commissioner in 2018 Act No. 246, Section 10, "Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office" was substituted for all references to "Office of Research and Statistics of the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office".
