(A) In Chesterfield County there are the following voting precincts:

Snow Hill-Vaughn.
(B) The precinct lines defining the precincts in Chesterfield County pursuant to subsection (A) are as shown on the official map prepared by and on file with the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office designated as document P-25-08 and as shown on copies of the official map provided to the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Chesterfield County by the office.
(C) The polling places for the precincts provided in this section must be established by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Chesterfield County subject to approval by a majority of the Chesterfield County Legislative Delegation.
