§ 45-32-15. Declaration of intent to change streets. If the plan provides for the opening, closing, widening, or changing the grade of existing streets or alleys or any other modification of the existing street layout in the project area, the legislative body shall declare its intention to institute these proceedings at the time or in connection with the adoption of the plan.
