§ 45-29-8. Jury trial of damages - Payment. Upon filing of the petition referred to in § 45-29-7, the superior court shall cause twenty (20) days' notice of the pendency of the petition to be given to the authority by serving the chairperson of the authority with a certified copy of the petition, and may proceed after that notice to the trial; and the trial shall determine all questions of fact relating to the value of the land, or interest in it, and the amount thereof, and judgment shall be entered upon the verdict of the jury, and execution issued against the money so deposited in court and in default against any other property of the authority.
