§ 42-11.2-13. Tenant rent. Each eligible tenant receiving benefits under this chapter shall pay thirty percent (30%) of his or her adjusted income for its housing costs. Any amounts paid on behalf of tenants under the rental assistance program shall not be considered in determining the amount of welfare or other public assistance to which they are entitled.
