§ 42-10-22. Report of amounts receivable - Law violations. The general treasurer shall, with the report, report all those sums of money which within his or her knowledge shall be due to the state from any person, corporation or town, by virtue of any of the revenue laws, and what amount from each; and also report all breaches or want of enforcement of the license law, or any other of the revenue laws of the state, by any person or town, as shall come to his or her knowledge, or as may in his or her opinion exist, whereby the state may be defrauded of any of its revenue.
