§ 40-8.2-18. Filing and enforcement of administrative decision. An administrative decision, not appealed, or which has been affirmed after judicial review under the Rhode Island administrative procedures law, §§ 42-35-1 - 42-35-18, determining any amounts due to the executive office of health and human services or to a provider, may be filed with the clerk of the superior court for Providence County and shall be enforceable as a judgment of that court.
