§ 37-2-58. Review of threshold amounts. At least every three (3) years, the chief purchasing officer shall review the prevailing costs of labor and materials and may make recommendations to the next regular session of the general assembly for the revision of the then current threshold amounts contained in this chapter as justified by intervening changes in the cost of labor and materials.
