§ 36-7-28. Forwarding of contributions and reports by cities, towns, and agencies. Each city, town, or agency of the state participating under this agreement shall forward to the general treasurer at such time or times and in the manner that he or she may specify the amounts of contribution payable by the participating employees and by the city, town, or agency of the state as an employer together with appropriate reports respecting such payments as may be required.
