§ 33-21-6. Proceeds of sale. The proceeds of a sale, and the balance of any proceeds after proceedings by creditors under § 33-21-4, over and above all expenses incurred by the town, shall be held by the town and be accounted for in the same way and be held for the same uses as the real estate would have been had no sale been made.
