No se inscribirá el derecho hereditario mediante testamento, cuando del testamento conste un legado específico sobre el bien inmueble respecto del cual se solicita la inscripción de tal derecho, excepto cuando el legatario renuncie al legado o por sentencia judicial final y firme se declare inoficioso el mismo.
