(2) The state and local police shall cooperate in the enforcement of any order issued pursuant to subsection (1) of this section and shall require no further authority or warrant in executing and enforcing such an order.
(3) If any person fails to comply with an order issued pursuant to subsection (1) of this section, the circuit court in which the source of water pollution or air pollution or air contamination is located shall compel compliance with the order in the same manner as with an order of that court.
