§26-6-120. Contracts for ballots - Advertising for bids.

The State Election Board is authorized to contract with the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for all ballots required by the State Election Board. If ballots are not printed by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, the State Election Board and each county election board, for required ballot printing, shall cause advertisement for bids for printing of all ballots to be made, and shall provide specifications and copy for the ballots. A contract for printing the ballots shall be awarded to the lowest and best bidder or to the bidder evaluated as "best value" in accordance with The Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act. The successful bidder shall be required to provide a copy of the bidder's certificate of insurance to the State Purchasing Director or the county purchasing agent, as the case may be, in an amount as specified by the State Purchasing Director or county purchasing agent at the time of contract award to ensure proper and prompt completion of the work in accordance with the provisions of the contract and bidding documents. The successful bidder shall provide proof of insurance coverage for the duration of the contract.
