The state medical board, by an affirmative vote of not fewer than six members, may limit, suspend, or revoke a license to practice podiatric medicine and surgery, refuse to issue a license to an applicant, refuse to reinstate a license, or reprimand or place on probation the holder of a license for violations of section 4731.22 or sections 4731.51 to 4731.60 of the Revised Code .
This section does not preclude the application to, or limit the operation or effect upon, podiatrists of other sections of this chapter.
