The person to whom notice is sent under section 3123.29 of the Revised Code shall have fourteen days from the date the notice is issued to object to the withdrawal by filing with the child support enforcement agency that sent the notice a written request for an administrative hearing to determine whether any amount contained in the account is the property of that person and should not be subject to the withdrawal directive.
