* § 97-eeee. Cultural resource survey account. 1. There is hereby established in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the commissioner of the department of taxation and finance an account of the miscellaneous internal service fund to be known as the cultural resource survey account.
2. Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the state comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to receive for deposit to the credit of the cultural resource survey account fees charged to state agencies and institutions in support of the cultural resource survey program.
3. The amount expended from this account for cultural resource surveys shall be charged to the state agency or institution for which the survey is required.
4. Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, moneys of this account, following appropriation by the legislature, shall be available to the state education department for services and expenses of the cultural resource survey program.
