§ 1523. County mosquito control commission; legal entity. From and after the appointment, qualification and organization of its members the county mosquito control commission shall become and be a body corporate and politic, under the name given in such petition, and by such name and style may sue, be sued, execute contracts, have a corporate seal, and shall have all powers herein conferred upon it within the county wherein it is appointed.
