§ 1699-e. Definitions. 1. "Agency" shall mean the New York state medical care facilities finance agency created by section four of section one of chapter three hundred ninety-two of the laws of nineteen hundred seventy-three, as amended, and operating pursuant to the New York state medical care facilities finance agency act.
2. "Authority" shall mean the dormitory authority created by section sixteen hundred seventy-seven of this article and operating pursuant to the dormitory authority act.
3. "Corporation" shall mean the facilities development corporation created by section four of section one of chapter three hundred fifty-nine of the laws of nineteen hundred sixty-eight, as amended, and operating pursuant to the facilities development corporation act.
