* § 4202. Regulations for admission. The commissioner may make such regulations and give such directions to parents and persons in parental relation, in relation to the admission of students into any institution specified in this article, as will prevent students entering the same at irregular periods. Such regulations shall include, but not be limited to, procedures to assure that the due process rights of students and their parents or persons in parental relation are protected in accordance with sections forty-four hundred two, forty-four hundred four and forty-four hundred four-a of this title and applicable federal law and regulations.
