58:27-7. Qualified vendors
After reviewing the qualifications submitted by vendors pursuant to section 6 of this act, a contracting unit shall establish a list of all vendors responding to the request for qualifications, and shall designate the vendor or vendors which the contracting unit has determined to be qualified to provide the wastewater treatment services described in the request for qualifications. This list shall include a statement setting forth the criteria applied by the contracting unit in selecting qualified vendors, and shall be published in the same publications in which the requests for qualifications were published pursuant to section 6 of this act.
