If the bylaws shall provide for unequal voting power, or unequal property rights of the several members, or both, the provisions of NRS 81.410 to 81.540, inclusive, with reference to a majority, a two-thirds or other vote of the members, shall not apply, and, in lieu thereof, there shall be substituted a majority of the votes of the interests represented by the several members or otherwise as the case may be.
