A person who desires to operate an autonomous vehicle network company in this State must submit to the Authority an application for the issuance of a permit to operate an autonomous vehicle network company. The application must be in the form required by the Authority and must include such information as the Authority, by regulation, determines is necessary to prove the person meets the requirements of this chapter for the issuance of a permit.
