As soon as practicable after preparing an annual list of independent review organizations pursuant to subsection 9 of NRS 683A.3715, the Commissioner shall submit a copy of the list to the Office for Consumer Health Assistance. If a change occurs in the list, the Commissioner shall notify the Office for Consumer Health Assistance of the change.
