1. For the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of chapters 657 to 671, inclusive, of NRS, the Commissioner shall provide the necessary forms for all examinations and reports as required in chapters 657 to 671, inclusive, of NRS.
2. All reports received by the Commissioner must be preserved in the Commissioner’s office.
