When the Administrator has paid from the Fund any money to the judgment creditor, the Administrator is subrogated to all other rights of the judgment creditor to the extent of the amount paid and any amount and interest so recovered by the Administrator on the judgment must be deposited in the State Treasury for credit to the Fund.
