Except as otherwise provided in NRS 622.220, a regulatory body may not employ a person whose immediate relative is a licensee of the regulatory body, unless the regulatory body implements policies and procedures to prevent the person who is employed by the regulatory body from participating in any activities that are directly related to the licensee.
