Each insurer shall cooperate with the Commissioner in the performance of his or her duties pursuant to chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, or chapter 617 of NRS. Each private carrier shall provide the Commissioner with any information, statistics or data in its records which pertain to any employer who is making an application to become self-insured or who is self-insured, or who is becoming or who is a member of an association of self-insured public or private employers.
