The faith of the State of Nevada is pledged that this section and NRS 474.220 and 474.300 shall not be repealed nor the taxation thereby imposed be omitted until all the bonds and coupons issued thereunder and by virtue thereof shall have been paid in full as specified in this section and NRS 474.220 and 474.300.
