The Administrator shall, on or before October 1 of each year, prepare and submit to the Governor and to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the Legislature an annual report which includes, for the immediately preceding fiscal year:

1. The number of vendors certified pursuant to the regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 333.182;

2. The number of certified vendors that submitted a bid or proposal to the Purchasing Division;

3. The number of certified vendors that were awarded a contract by the Purchasing Division; and

4. The number of certified vendors that were disciplined by the Purchasing Division pursuant to NRS 333.186.
