Upon the certification by any district judge of any judicial district or by the county clerk of any county to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau certifying that certain volumes of the Statutes of Nevada or Nevada Reports are missing from the library of any district judge, the Legislative Counsel Bureau shall furnish, free of charge from the supply on hand, to the district judge in any judicial district, the missing volumes of the Statutes of Nevada or Nevada Reports for use by the district judge in the district judge’s library.
